Using the following methods, you can obtain service pack information based on the network environment.

Obtain SPs Online

Scenario

After configuring the communication method for Sangfor Online SP Center, users can regularly check the service pack list to obtain service pack information.

Prerequisites

To ensure that aSpace Portal can access Sangfor Online SP Center, configure the communication method described in section 8.10.1. Update Options

Precautions

This section does not cover the scenario where aSpace Portal devices access Sangfor Online SP Center using a browser proxy.

Procedure

Log in to the aSpace Portal console and go to System > Service Packs. Click the refresh icon to obtain the latest service packs.

In this scenario, you do not need to manually download service packs. The system automatically downloads service packs within the specified period and limits the download speed to a maximum of 1024 KB/s by default to prevent bandwidth disruptions.

Obtain SPs Offline

Scenario

When aSpace Portal cannot access Sangfor Online SP Center, you can obtain service packs using a browser proxy or scanning a QR code.

Prerequisites

None.

Precautions

Do not use Internet Explorer 8 to access the service pack download URL. Instead, use Internet Explorer 11 or the Google Chrome.

Procedure

Step 1.Obtain service pack information on your PC via a browser proxy.

• When the PCs for aSpace Portal console login can connect to the SP update server, aSpace Portal will automatically obtain service pack information through a browser proxy on the PC. Alternatively, you can go to System > Service Packs and click the refresh button. The system automatically updates the service pack information on the PC via a browser.

• After obtaining the service packs, you can click Download to download the service pack to the PC.

Step 2.View service pack information by scanning the QR code.

• Log in to the aSpace Portal console, go to System > Service Packs, and click Obtain SPs Offline. A QR code will appear.

• You can scan the QR code to obtain the service packs and click Copy Link to send the link to a PC with Internet access. You can view service pack information and download the service packs by clicking the link.
