Content Categories and Access Permissions

Documentation in this section falls into two categories. The first is version-specific documentation — including user manuals, release notes, deployment guides, configuration guides, API/SDK references, and high-risk operation guides — which is continuously updated alongside each firmware release. Users can locate version-relevant content by selecting the corresponding version number. For XaaS products, only the latest version is maintained; no version distinction is required. The second category is project-oriented documentation that is not version-specific — such as PoC guides, operation and maintenance guides, project implementation guides, and training materials — typically labeled under "All Versions".

The following table outlines the content coverage and target audience for each version and document type:

Feature Areas

1) Version Filtering

On the Documents tab of any product page, use the version filter icon in the upper-left corner to select a specific firmware version.

2) Expandable/Collapsible Directory

Below the version selector, content categories for the selected version are displayed as an expandable tree. Click any category to expand or collapse its contents.

3) Page Directory

For lengthy documents, use the right-side table of contents to jump directly to a specific chapter or section.

4) Content Download

Download all chapters at once or select specific chapters for partial download as PDF.

5) Favorite

Bookmark frequently used documents for instant access from your personal hub (My Sangfor > My Favorites) for quick access later.

6) AI Chatbot

Every content page integrates the Solvia AI chatbot, allowing you to ask questions and get instant answers at any time.

7) Content Feedback

Submit ratings and improvement suggestions for any document. Platform administrators will forward feedback to the content owner within 3 business days for timely resolution.
