Upgrade Procedure

Upgrade via Network Secure Console

Step 1.  Log in to the device, choose System > Maintenance > Service Packs, and click Upload.

Step 2.               Select the SP and click OK.

Step 3.               Find the SP in the list, and click Install.

Step 4.               Click Installation History to check whether the SP is installed successfully.

Step 5.               Select Installed in the filter drop-down list to check whether the SP is installed successfully.

Step 6.               Go to the Home page and check the version.

Upgrade via SANGFOR Checks

Upgrade via SANGFOR Checks is currently not supported and will be supported after the official release.
