The pre-upgrade check detects the available memory space of the device. If the available memory space is lower than the threshold (200 MB), the error (code: 0005-0006) will be triggered.

If the error (code: 0005-0006) appears, reinstall the pre-upgrade check package later. If the error persists, the device may have abnormal processes that consume excessive memory resources. In this case, contact the service provider or Sangfor technical support.

Note: The available memory space changes dynamically. This error only indicates that the memory usage is abnormal at the moment. The upgrade may fail due to insufficient memory resources even if the error (code: 0005-0006) is not reported during the pre-upgrade check.
