The pre-upgrade check detects the average CPU0 idle time in the last 5 seconds. If the calculated CPU0 usage exceeds the threshold (95%), the error (code: 0005-0005) will be triggered.

If the error (code: 0005-0005) appears, reinstall the pre-upgrade check package later. If the error persists, the device may have abnormal processes that consume excessive CPU resources. In this case, contact the service provider or Sangfor technical support.

Note: CPU usage changes dynamically. This error only indicates that CPU usage is abnormal at the moment. The upgrade may fail due to insufficient CPU resources even if the error (code: 0005-0005) is not reported during the pre-upgrade check.
