Note: This issue has no impact on the device upgrade. If the error (code: 0005-0002) appears after the pre-upgrade check, perform the following operations for troubleshooting:

1. Run the commands in the figure below to check whether the device contains the following three files:

/sfos/config/af/surname.conf

/sfos/config/af/webuisetting.conf

/sfos/system/sysinfo/surface_version

2. If the files exist, check whether they contain "WINDOW.SFPAGEOPTION", which indicates an abnormal device name.

  1. If the files contain "WINDOW.SFPAGEOPTION", run the following command and then check whether the device name is changed successfully:

bash /sfos/system/app/af/bin/theme_change.sh --pattern AF

4. After the device name is changed, reinstall the pre-upgrade check package.
