If the error (code: 0004-0008) appears after the pre-upgrade check, go to Objects > Content Identification Database > File Types > File Types and check if any custom file type is named movie, music, image, text, compress, webpage, script, executable, documents, or common-threat-file (case-sensitive). Delete these file types or rename them, then reinstall the pre-upgrade check package.
