If the error (code: 0004-0006) appears after the pre-upgrade check, go to Objects > Schedule > One-Time Schedule or Recurring Schedule and check if any custom one-time or recurring schedule is named all-week or working-day (case-sensitive). Delete these schedules or rename them, then reinstall the pre-upgrade check package.
