If the error (code: 0001-0005) appears after the pre-upgrade check, it indicates that IPsec VPN is enabled for the device and the device is configured with IPsec VPN tunnels. In this case, IPsec VPN tunnel establishment may fail. If the customer wants to retain the IPsec VPN tunnels, please contact the service provider or Sangfor technical support to check the device and eliminate all potential risks before the upgrade.
