If the error (code: 0001-0004) appears after the pre-upgrade check, the SSL VPN service of the device is abnormal.

Run the timeout 10 podman ps command in the firewall device console.

Then, run the echo $? command to view the status code in the output of the timeout 10 podman ps command. If the result returned is 124, the SSL VPN service is abnormal.
