The following operations are not recommended for customers. Please contact the service provider or Sangfor technical support to perform these operations.

1. Check whether the file (/etc/sinfor/dlan/strategy.json) exists via the backend.

2. If the file (/etc/sinfor/dlan/strategy.json) exists, open the file and check whether the SD-WAN configuration exists by searching for the lan_server field.

3. If the SD-WAN configuration exists, rename the file (/etc/sinfor/dlan/strategy.json).

4. If the file (/sf/sgp/sfvpn/etc/sinfor/dlan/strategy.json) exists in the temporary directory created for the upgrade, rename this file to prevent subsequent upgrade errors.

5. Reinstall the pre-upgrade check package.
