If the error (code: 0001-0002) appears after the pre-upgrade check, go to Network > Sangfor/IPsec VPN > Sangfor VPN > Basic Settings to check whether the number of local subnets exceeds 500. If yes, delete some unused subnets or merge some subnets, then reinstall the pre-upgrade check package.

Note: Deleting local subnets will affect access permissions. For example, if the subnet (192.168.0.1/24) is deleted, the peer device can no longer access this subnet. If all subnets are in use, it is recommended to merge some subnets, such as merging multiple /24 subnets into a /16 subnet.
