If the error (code: 0001-0001) appears after the pre-upgrade check, go to Network > Sangfor/IPsec VPN > Sangfor VPN > Basic Settings to check whether local subnets starting with 127 exist.

If these subnets exist, delete them and reinstall the pre-upgrade check package. (Deleting the subnets will block device access to them. Please operate with caution.)
