If the device is connected to Cyber Guardian and Omni-Command simultaneously, the features of Cyber Guardian will be unavailable in previous versions. After the upgrade, the device will be automatically disconnected from Cyber Guardian if it was connected to both platforms.

This issue has no impact on the device upgrade. No action is required after the upgrade.
