The connection between the current device and the integration bus may be abnormal due to network errors. After the device is upgraded, the integration status of Platform-X may be abnormal, making it impossible to use cloud services.

This issue has no impact on the device upgrade. It is recommended to go to SOC > Next-Gen Security > Product Integration and check the integration status of Platform-X after the upgrade. If the status is Abnormal or Disconnected, it is recommended to reconnect to Platform-X as prompted.

Note: If the integration bus is abnormal before the upgrade, the integration status of Platform-X may be Abnormal or Disconnected after the upgrade. In the above figure, the integration status of Platform-X is Disconnected.
