The latest firewall device version requires an integration key for connection to XDR. If the current device version does not support connecting to XDR using the integration key and the device is not connected to Platform-X, the integration key will be missing and cannot be obtained from Platform-X after the upgrade. In this case, the integration status of XDR will be abnormal on the Product Integration page, but this will not affect the integration with XDR.

This issue has no impact on the device upgrade. After the upgrade is complete, it is recommended to go to SOC > Next-Gen Security > Product Integration and check the XDR integration status. If the integration status is abnormal, click Disconnect to disconnect from Platform-X, then log in to Platform-X to generate a new connection key for reconnection.

To fix the issue before the upgrade, go to SOC > Next-Gen Security > Product Integration, connect to Platform-X, and reinstall the pre-upgrade check package.
