Athena NGFW (previously known as Network Secure) provides comprehensive protection for every network perimeter, ensuring the safety of your valuable assets, data, and users from emerging threats.
If the device fails to connect to some platforms (such as Endpoint Secure, XDR, Access Secure, Cyber Guardian, Integration Bus, and Platform-X) before the upgrade due to incorrect configuration, platform connection errors will occur after the device is upgraded.
This issue has no impact on the device upgrade. If the above message is displayed in the Recommendation tooltip, it is recommended to go to SOC > Next-Gen Security > Product Integration and check the integration status of each platform after the upgrade is complete. If the integration status of a platform is abnormal, click Disconnect and then click Connect to reconnect the device to the platform.
Note: Endpoint Secure is used as an example in the figure. Please follow the pre-upgrade check instructions to perform the operations.
To fix the issue before the upgrade, go to SOC > Next-Gen Security > Product Integration to reconnect to the platforms, and then reinstall the pre-upgrade check package.
