As agentless backup is supported only by SCP 6.10.0 and later and HCI 6.10.0 and later, you need to check the versions of the cloud platform and resource pool before platform connection. If the resource pool or platform version is detected to not support agentless backup, an error mechanism must be triggered in advance to avoid subsequent operation exceptions.

Version support for SCP&HCI agentless backup transport mode:

• NBDSSL (including NBD) transport mode: Only supported by SCP&HCI 6.10.0 and later versions.

• HotAdd transport mode: Only supported by SCP&HCI 6.11.3 and later versions.
