  1. Applicable scenarios of core features:
  1. Platform-wide check: Perform a platform-wide check every month, covering hardware health, storage status, system services, network connectivity, and SP announcements. In the check report, pay close attention to and prioritize critical alerts (such as hardware failure and licensing error) when fixing alerts.
  1. Troubleshooting assistance: When service anomalies occur, such as VM boot failures and high storage IO latency, use aDeploy to collect SCP logs and service IPMI information and provide them to technical support for troubleshooting.
  2. SP detection: After receiving a security announcement from Sangfor, use aDeploy to check for the corresponding security issue in the current SCP version and assess whether SP installation is required.
  1. Operation principles:
  1. Download aDeploy: Download aDeploy from the Sangfor technical support platform.
  1. Check result fixing: Contact technical support at +60 12711 7129 (7511) within 24 hours to fix critical issues. Adjustment plans must be provided to fix alerts. Refer to the corresponding check report for the suggested solutions.
