Go to Security > aSecurity and click Deploy Now. In the new page click New in the Resource Pool filed select the resource pool you plan to deploy aSEC, then select Import VDI VM.

In the new page filled in the following information:

Resource Pool: Here will show the resource pool you selected in the previous step. You can also change the resource pool here.

File Type: For deployment aSEC select OVA or VMA.

File: Select the aSEC VMA file you have already downloaded.

Tag: Select the tag to mark this VM or you can define a new tag (use for distribute firewall option).

Select Group: Select the VM group where the aSEC will locate.

Run Location: select the node to running aSEC. Suggest selecting Auto.

Storage Tag: Select the storage for deploying aSEC. Specified you can select the specific storage, the other options correspond to storage with the specified tag.

NIC: Check the Enable option. In the Connect To filed select port group or virtual switch aSEC connect to. Click Specify IP fill the planned IP address, netmask, gateway and DNS for aSEC then click OK.

The aSEC’s IP address and network must can communicate with SCP and HCI successfully.

Click Import wait for the aSEC VM import completely. Click Switching to VM. In new page’s right-up corner click Power on button, after a while the Console button next Power on will turn brighten, then click the Console button.

During the import process do not close the import page.
