Access Restriction

Enable this to restrict IP addresses from which the platform can be accessed through the port 443 or 4430. Note that you need to allow external access in the scenarios such as VM migration across clusters, disaster recovery, central management by the managed cloud platform, and configuring third-party platforms.

Access Restriction for all users

Steps

  1. Go to Users and Access Management > Access Restriction check Enable access restriction on IP addresses.
  2. Specify IP addresses. Fill in IP address allowed access to the platform. Click Save.

Access Restriction for single users

Steps

  1. Go to Users and Access Management > Users select single users (Platform Admins, MSP Administrators, Tenants, Tenant Co-Administrators, Tenant Users), click Edit button.
  2. Specify IP addresses. Check Enable (Specify IP addresses allowed for login. Access from these IP addresses via Open APIs is also allowed.) in the IP Addresses filed fill in the allowed IP address.
