Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Implement 2FA using Google Authenticator or a UKey to add a critical layer of security to the login process.

Configuration Steps (Google OTP):

  1. Navigate to System > Administrators and Permissions > Login & Password Policy.
  2. Enable Google Authenticator OTP. Users will be prompted to set it up on their next login by scanning a QR code with their authenticator app.
  3. Ensure an SMTP server is configured to allow for email-based recovery.
