Procedure

1. Configure email-based and SMS-based (recommended) alert notification policies to meet customer requirements, ensuring that the O&M engineers of the infrastructure department can receive alerts pushed from SCP.

2. You can push only critical and high-risk alerts by SMS. This ensures that critical alerts are received at the first time. If no response is made within 30 minutes, the notification will be resent. You can push alerts of all severity levels by email and disable repeat notifications.
