SCP metrics display the trends (averages instead of instant values) within a time period. These metrics reflect the resource trends and exceptions of SCP in macro view. You can use other monitoring systems, such as Zabbix or Prometheus, to monitor SCP in a more fine-grained manner to analyze exceptions.
