Function Description:

After the tenant deletes the virtual machine, NFV device, and backup files, the deleted information will be moved to the recycle bin. Tenants can completely delete or restore deleted information.

Precautions:

HCI6.8.0 and above are managed by SCP version 6.8.0 and above. Support modifying the number of days for file retention. Other versions do not support modification. The information in the recycle bin is saved for 30 days by default. After 30 days, the platform will automatically delete it.

Prerequisite:
None.

Steps:

Select Management > Recycle Bin to enter the Recycle Bin interface, where you can view deleted virtual machines, network components, NFV devices, and backup files.

Select the corresponding virtual machine, networking components, NFV device or backup file, and click Restore to restore the deleted virtual machine, NFV device or backup file. Click Delete to completely delete the deleted virtual machine, network element, NFV device, or backup file. Click Clear to completely delete all current files, network components, NFV devices, and virtual machine in the recycle bin.

Select Recycle Bin Settings, set the number of days to keep files, and click Save.
