The Sangfor platform supports tenants in self-registering for tenant accounts, eliminating the need for admins/MSPs to manually create accounts.

Navigate to Users and Access Management, click Invite Tenant. On the pop-up page, select the MSP account that needs to be associated, and an access link for tenants to self-register for tenant accounts will be automatically generated. Send this link to the user. The user can enter the company name, username, email address, mobile phone number, password, and confirm password via this link, then submit the registration. After the registration is completed, the user can log in to the tenant account using the username and password.

When an MSP administrator without custom settings is selected, the invitation link generated is an intranet link and may be inaccessible to tenants. The link is valid for 7 days. Please ask tenants to complete registration.
