Navigate to Users and Access Management, click More > Delete, and enter the admin password on the pop-up page to confirm the deletion operation.

Before deletion, make sure the following has been done:
1. Virtual machines, backups, and network and security resources (including related resources in Recycle Bin) have been permanently deleted.
2. Images, shared bandwidth, direct connections, EIPs, virtual IP addresses, and tenant users have been deleted.
3. Once deleted, resources will be released to SCP.
4. The recovery plan has been deleted.
5. The protection group has been deleted.
6. Service Provider has been deleted.
7. NFS shares, CIFS shares, and file storage accounts have been deleted.
