The SCP platform supports configuring resource pools for tenants. Only after a resource pool is configured can the tenant account create and manage resources on this resource pool, such as creating virtual machines, uploading private images, creating backups, taking snapshots, etc.

Navigate to Users and Access Management, click More > Resource Pool to configure the associated resource pool for the tenant.
