Introduction

SCP supports DR based on multiple sites by migrating data from the primary site to the secondary site. This way, when the primary site is down, businesses can be quickly recovered on the secondary site.

Precautions

Make sure that the time of the HCI primary and secondary sites are synced with SCP. It is recommended to deploy an NTP server.

Prerequisites

The primary and secondary sites for DR are added to a resource pool.

Procedure

1. Go to Resources > Disaster Recovery > Disaster Recovery > Sites and click Add Site.

2. Add DR sites.
