As usage time increases, the data of business systems will grow accordingly. This means that the originally planned storage will no longer be sufficient, and storage expansion will be required. After expanding the LUN connected to the HCI on the storage side, log in to the SCP console. Go to Resource Center to select the resource pool that needs expansion, click Storage > External Storage > External Storage List click the name of the storage. In the new page click Expand Capacity. In the pop-up window click OK, then wait for the process completed.

If the expansion is not done properly, you can go back to the External Storage List and click Scan for Resources, Then, choose whether the storage you are expanding is FC or iSCSI, based on your requirements.
