Reason:

VMware takes Snapshot for VM Failed.

Solution:
1. Ensure SCMT can reach vCenter over port 443.
2. Ensure SCMT can connect to ESXi hosts over port 902.
3. Verify that vCenter itself can successfully create snapshots for the VM.
