Reason:

The referenced Glibc Library is missing.

Solution:

Option 1 (Recommened): Upgrade the SCMT to 4.0 or later, which no longer uses the librt driver.

Option 2: Perform the deletion operation as shown in the figure below, then reinstall by running ./install in the current directory.
