Private images are divided into tenant images and cloud platform images. Tenant private images are visible to personnel within the tenant, while cloud platform private images are only visible to platform administrators. A tenant private image is created by the tenant based on a cloud host and is only accessible to members of that tenant. Private images include the operating system, pre-installed public applications, and the tenant’s private applications. Creating cloud servers using private images saves the time spent on repetitive cloud server configurations.
