Introduction

The tenant shared service overview is used to view and manage the shared services activated for tenants, including activated storage services, non-storage services, and bandwidth configuration. It helps the administrator understand the shared service usage status of tenants for resource scheduling and permission management.\

Constraints and Restrictions

• No specific constraints. It is used only for viewing and managing the activation statuses of tenants' shared services.

Prerequisites

• You have logged in to SCP using the super admin account.

Precautions

• Only the activation statuses of tenants' shared services are displayed on the overview page. To modify a tenant's shared service configuration, go to the tenant shared service editing page.

Steps

Step 1.Log in to SCP and go to the Shared Service Network > Tenant Shared Services page.

Step 2.Click the target tenant (Example: 01 College of Electrical and Automation) on the left of the Tenant Shared Services page.

Step 3.The shared services activated for this tenant will be displayed on the right of the page, including storage services, non-storage services, and bandwidth configuration. You can view information such as activated non-storage services and bandwidth for non-storage service.
