Introduction

You can upgrade aNI VMs to obtain new features or fix known issues.

Constraints and Restrictions

• During the upgrade process, the aNI service will be interrupted. It is recommended to perform the upgrade during off-peak hours.

• Only official update packages provided by SCP are supported. Third-party update packages may cause system failures.

Precautions

• Back up the current configuration before the upgrade to prevent configuration loss caused by upgrade failures.

• Ensure that SCP has sufficient disk space for storing the update package and generating temporary files.

• After the upgrade is complete, verify that the aNI feature works properly (the topology can be accessed, and policy recommendations can be generated).

Steps

Step 1.Log in to SCP and go to Networking > Network Insight > Settings > aNI Upgrade.

Step 2.Click Upgrade to enter the upgrade wizard.

Step 3.The system automatically checks the partition space, service status, and other items. After the check is successful, click Next.

Step 4.Select the update package and upload it to SCP.

Step 5.The system checks the integrity and compatibility of the update package. After the check is successful, click Upgrade.

Step 6.Wait for the upgrade to complete and confirm that the aNI feature works properly.
