Will configured monitoring or backup policies become invalid after a VM's name or group is changed?

Answer: They do not automatically expire, but the associated configuration must be synced manually. 1. Monitoring policies: Monitoring and alert rules remain effective, but editing the rules in Monitoring Center is required to update the VM identifier (to prevent mismatch in filtering). 2. Backup policies: Backup tasks continue to be executed. However, if the policies are filtered by group, the VM must be added to the destination backup policy again after change. 3. Permission configuration: The sub-account’s operation permissions for the VM remain unaffected, so updating license is not required.
