The HCI platform is the infrastructure of business systems, and its upgrade process is relatively complicated. Arrange technical support engineer to ensure a smooth upgrade. During the upgrade, a team must be assigned to troubleshoot issues at different upgrade stages and confirm whether rollback is required.
