Create User Account

Function Description:

Platform administrators can create tenant users under tenants, and tenants can also create tenant sub-accounts by themselves.

None.

Steps:

Login tenant account from https://SCP IP, click Users and Access Management and then select Users. Click New to create a tenant user account. Click New to create a tenant VPC.
