Abnormal Access to the Business System

  1. Check whether the business system is normal.
  1. Check whether the NGAF application control policies release the data.
  2. Enable the passthrough function of the NGAF device to test whether the network application is accessible.
  3. Sangfor NGAF device provides the one-click soft bypass function if it works abnormally.

Operation procedure

In System > Troubleshooting > Troubleshooting, select Global passthrough and analysis. This will disable all modules with the interception function in the device, and display the data to be intercepted but released in the current state.

  1. If you still fail to access the business system, contact the technical support engineer from Sangfor in time.
