Prerequisites

  1. The XBSA App supports deployment on NetBackup master servers, media servers, and clients.
  2. A single backup or restore task uses up to approximately 300MB of memory and 1 CPU core.
  3. During the backup process, temporary disk space under the XBSA App client’s /tmp directory will be used. For a 1TB disk backup, the estimated maximum space usage is 120MB. For a 64TB disk backup, the estimated maximum usage is 8GB. Please reserve space accordingly based on the data increment.
