Prerequisite:
A cloud agent has been added.

4.2.5.2Cloud Environment
4.2.5.2.1Create Cloud Environment
Function Description:
SCP supports managing Alibaba Cloud and adding its regions as cloud environments. The created cloud environments can be allocated to tenants to use the Elastic Compute Service (ECS) of Alibaba Cloud directly on SCP.
Precautions:
- It is not supported to manage the same cloud environment with different access keys of an Alibaba Cloud account.
- Adding more than 10 cloud environments to an Alibaba Cloud account requires payment due to Alibaba Cloud’s monthly free API query limit.
- Please recharge overdue Alibaba Cloud accounts on the Alibaba Cloud console; otherwise, service unavailable will be reported when collecting cloud environment data.
Prerequisite:
- The SCP IP address can communicate with the internet.
- An access key ID and secret access key of an Alibaba Cloud account have been obtained, which are unique credentials for accessing Alibaba Cloud APIs. The secret access key works like a login password and serves to sign the access parameters to prevent them from being tampered with. You can log in to the Alibaba Cloud console, place the cursor on your profile in the upper right corner, and click Access Keys to obtain them.
Steps:
Step 1.Go to Cloud Environment > New.
Step 2.Add an account as follows:
• Type: Alibaba Cloud.
• Add Account: Select Create one (Use existing one can be selected subsequently).
• Account Name: Custom Cloud Account.
• Access Key ID: Obtain from the customer.
• Secret Access Key: Obtain from the customer.
• Sync Interval: Resources allocated to the account by Alibaba Cloud will be synced to SCP at a specified interval, which is 60 minutes by default. The shorter the interval is, the more SCP resources will be occupied.
Step 3.Click Next and select the region where the customer’s VMs on Alibaba Cloud are located to create the cloud environment.
4.2.5.2.2Allocate Cloud Environment
Function Description:
Administrators can allocate cloud environments to tenants as dedicated resource pools unavailable to other tenants.

Prerequisite:
A cloud environment has been allocated to a tenant.
Steps:
Step 1.Go to the Cloud Environment page.
Step 2.Click More of the cloud environment then Deallocate, and click OK.
4.2.5.2.4Delete Cloud Environment
