4.7.10.1 Upload Script File

On the Upload Script File page, you can configure settings to send scripts to endpoints and execute them on Linux and Windows endpoints.

 

Script: Upload the script files to be sent to the endpoints. The file size cannot exceed 1MB.

Endpoints: Select the endpoints to receive the scripts.

1. Only endpoints in the Online state can be selected.

2. The super administrator must enable TOTP authentication to enable this feature.

3. Only the super administrator can use this feature.

4.7.10.2 Troubleshooting Logs

Step 1.Click Obtain Logs. In the dialog box that appears, specify the endpoints and log types, as shown in the following figure.

Step 2.Click OK and wait for the process to complete. Then, click Download to download the troubleshooting logs.

4.7.10.3Agent FAQ
