Audit Webpage Content

{{ $t('productDocDetail.updateTime') }}: 2025-12-29

Webpage Content is to specify whether to audit the content of webpages accessed by intranet users. You can audit webpage titles, webpage bodies, or content of only the webpages containing specified keywords.

Select Webpage Content. The Webpage Content page appears on the right. It comprises the Webpage Content Audit and Keyword (independent from the settings above).

If you select Disabled, the IAG does not audit the titles and content of accessed web pages.

If you select Audit webpage caption and contents, the IAG audits both the titles and content of the webpages accessed by intranet users.

If you select All URL categories, the IAG audits the titles and content of all the webpages accessed by intranet users.

If you select Specified URL categories, the IAG audits the titles and content of only the specified webpages accessed by intranet users. You can click Select and then specify the web pages. When you click Select, the page shown in the following figure is displayed.

Keyword (independent from the settings above) is to audit only the web pages containing specified keywords.

Click Add. Click the Keyword drop-down list box and select the keyword group. Next, click the Schedule drop-down list box and select the effective time of the keywords. Click the Action drop-down list box and select the handling method to be used by the IAG when it detects a specified keyword. The list includes Log contents, Reject, and Log contents & reject requests.

If a specified keyword is detected and Action is set to Log contents, the titles and content of the webpages involved are audited. The webpages' content is rejected if a specified keyword is detected and Action is set to Reject.

1. You can separate application and webpage content audits for Internet access audit policies. The content audit is enabled by default if the IAG is upgraded from an earlier version.

2. If Activity Audit is enabled, the Webpage Content Audit module will not be available in the Internet access audit policy on the console.
