Locked Users

The Locked Users panel displays the users that are recently locked. See the following figure.

The displayed information includes the Details, Operation, Time Occurred, IP Address, Type, and Remaining Period.

Select a locked user and click Unlock to unlock the user. Click Unlock All to unlock all users.

Filtering Locked Users

Click Filter to specify the Reason. See the following figure.

In the Object pane, set the users to be filtered. You can select any User Group, Username, and IP address.
