Athena SWG (formerly Internet Access Gateway) ensures visibility and control across the network, detecting risks like unauthorized access, non-compliant activities, and data leaks to manage endpoints.
Requirement: An IM monitoring policy must be configured for the marketing and engineering departments to monitor QQ messages and files transferred using QQ.
Step 1.Navigate to Activity Audit > Audit Policy, and en[A365]ter the policy name and description.
Step 2.Tick the Application and click Add.
Click IM and select all involved IM objects on the Select IM page.
Click OK. See the following figure.
Step 3.Set user groups on the Object page.Click OK.[A366]
Step 4.Navigate to Activity Audit > Ingress Client Audit,click Add,and select Ingress Client Audit to add a policy for monitoring encrypted QQ messages and the files transferred using QQ.
Enter the policy name and description, select the type of content to be audited, and set Schedule to All Day.[A367]
Step 5.Set user groups on the Objects page.
Click OK.[A368]
Step 6.When users from the marketing or engineering departments access the Internet, The IAG installs an admission client.
The users can access the Internet only after the client is installed. A user must log in to a computer as an administrator to install the client on the computer.
