Rollback on the device: Choose System > Maintenance > Service Packs, find the SP, and click Rollback.

If you set Install Automatically, you must change the option to Install Manually before the rollback.

1.     Ungrouping of clusters: N/A.

2.     Ungrouping of distributed nodes: N/A.

3.     Device restart: Not required.

4.    Service restart: Required (same as the upgrade).

5.     Impact on customers' business services: Yes (same as the upgrade).

6.     Ungrouping of two nodes in HA: Required.
