This function is targeted at IPsec and Sangfor VPN tunnel bandwidth management. For some scenarios, such as limited cable bandwidth between HQ and branches, some internal application access through the VPN tunnel needs to be properly restricted to meet daily O&M. The configuration process is similar to the physical bandwidth policy.
