Step 1. Login to the SCMP management console with the newly created user account. Navigate to [Connections] and click the "+" next to the [Virtual Data Centers].
Step 2. Select the "VMware vSphere" platform and the corresponding version.
Step 3. Enter the vCenter or ESXi IP address/domain name, Port, Username, and Password information. Configure the "Scheduled Automatic Data
Synchronization" option for periodic VM data synchronization.
Step 4. Click [Test Connection] to verify the connection to the HCI. Click
[Finish] to add the virtual data centers after the connection test is successful.
