1. Impact on business services during upgrade: The SP installation is an active upgrade and the virtual storage experiences approximately 3 seconds of IO unresponsiveness. However, if special types of VMs (see 4 Appendix) exist in the environment, shut them down before the upgrade.

2.VMs cannot be powered on while placing a cluster into Maintenance Mode or disabling it, a process that takes about 5-10 minutes. For VDI VMs, users can access running VMs normally but cannot access those that are powered off.
