Rollback Instructions

Rollback is supported, but vmtools and kernel changes cannot be rolled back. Before performing rollback, please contact a Sangfor technical support representative to evaluate the impact.

Note: Rolling back the service pack requires clustered nodes to be restarted. Before rolling back, please confirm with the customer first.

Note: The figures below take the c86 architecture as an example. The check is similar forArm.

You can roll back the service pack in System > Upgrade, as shown below.

  1. Click Rollback and enter the admin account password.

  1. Click OK to confirm rollback.

  1. Shut down all VMs in the cluster and click Reboot to restart them.

  1. After the VMs are restarted, the rollback is successful.
